- For international participants and local participants whom paid the registration fee which includes accommodation, the Secretariat will book the accommodation according to information provided in the Registration Form.
- For local participants who did not include accommodation in the registration fee, the organizer is not responsible for hotel bookings or any other accommodation arrangements. However, we will provide information about hotels that are within the vicinity of the forum. Participants are advised to visit the hotel websites for further information. Below is the list of hotels located within the vicinity of the forum:
